Ingrid Zerafa is a Communications graduate from the University of Malta with a specialisation in Journalism from the University of Urbino, Italy. She started her career as a journalist and features editor at The Times of Malta, then went into public relations and communications at the Ministry of the Environment and then became a PR Manager for Malta's leading advertising and public relations agency, BPC. Ingrid is now a freelance consultant on public relations, public affairs and commmunications-related projects.
